“The name ‘Sanctuary’ was proposed by a certain member of the cult.”

[Observation on the Utopia by cultist BL-766, entry #65-91-B7]

Rooms

The maidens brought here by Our Lord, The Eyeball, are kept in rooms.
To my knowledge, no cultist has ever set foot inside one. What I record here is pieced together from glimpses, sounds, and rumor. The names are ours, not His.

A note on how we name them: when only one such room is known, we call it “The.” When the same room exists again and again, we do not.

The Cage

Maidens: Koko, F

A room with no exit. At least, that is how it appears. Somewhere in its walls, there is said to be a hidden door. Behind it, insects are packed tightly together, filling every inch.
Inside the room stands a birdcage, and the maiden is kept locked within it. A cage within The Cage.

The Doll’s Room

Maidens: Haru

From the outside, it is a sweet, ordinary room, the kind a young girl might dream of. That is exactly what unsettles me.
The faint mural that surfaced on Haru’s door (see: Mural, Type B) was the first sign. I have come to believe this room does not end where its walls do. Somewhere just beyond them lies the world of the insects.

The Lattice

Maidens: Suzu

A perfect square with no exit. Brown geometric patterns cover the walls and repeat endlessly.
It is said that anyone who stares at them too long can no longer tell where the pattern ends and the room begins.

Sanctuary

Maidens: Y, El, M

Unlike the others, Sanctuary is not a single room. There are several of them, identical in every way except for the bed and the instruments.
This is why we do not call it “The Sanctuary.” It is less a place than a pattern, repeated wherever The Eyeball sees fit.

There are whispers of more rooms, deeper below. I will record them once I am certain.
Praise the Eyeball.

The Cage

The Doll’s Room

少女:Haru

The Lattice

少女:Suzu

Sanctuary

The Cage

Doncellas: Koko, F

The Doll’s Room

Doncellas: Haru

The Lattice

Doncellas: Suzu
