Discord Connection Guide

⚠️ Before You Begin

After linking your account, you will be automatically invited to the Eyeball Discord server. To complete the process, you must press the Join button on your support platform (Ko-fi / FANBOX / Patreon). Without pressing it, you will not be able to enter the server.

🔧 Common Issues & Solutions

1. Payment failed or overdue

Check your payment history. If a payment has failed, please retry. Your role will be granted automatically once payment is confirmed.

2. Popup blocker interference

Temporarily disable any ad blockers or browser extensions during the linking process.

3. Try re-authenticating

In your platform’s Discord settings, disconnect and reconnect your account. Also log out of Discord, clear your cache and cookies, then try again.

4. Guest payment (Ko-fi only)

If you paid as a guest without logging into Ko-fi, Discord linking is not possible. Please create a Ko-fi account, link your guest payment to that account, and try again.

5. Discord server limit reached (100 servers)

Discord’s free plan has a limit of 100 servers. If you have reached this limit, please leave another server or upgrade to Discord Nitro.

6. Cancelled before linking was complete

If your cancellation was processed before linking, your account may be marked as inactive on the platform side. If payment can be confirmed, your role will be granted manually. Please send a DM from your support platform.

7. Still not resolved

Send the message “I have read the rules.” via DM from your support platform (Ko-fi, FANBOX, or Patreon). A Discord invite will be sent to you directly, and all further support will be handled inside Discord.

🔧 常见问题与解决方法

在关联过程中，请暂时禁用广告拦截器或浏览器扩展程序。

3. 尝试重新认证

在平台的 Discord 设置中断开连接，再重新连接。同时退出 Discord，清除缓存和 Cookie，然后再次尝试。

4. 访客付款（仅限 Ko-fi）

如果你以访客身份付款（未登录 Ko-fi），则无法进行 Discord 关联。请创建 Ko-fi 账号，将访客付款关联到该账号后再试。

5. Discord 服务器数量已达上限（100个）

Discord 免费版最多可加入 100 个服务器。如已达上限，请退出其他服务器，或升级至 Discord Nitro。

6. 关联完成前已取消订阅

如果在关联完成前取消了订阅，平台可能会将账号标记为无效。如果付款可以确认，将手动授予身份组。请通过支援平台发送私信联系我们。

7. 仍未解决

请通过你的支援平台（Ko-fi、FANBOX 或 Patreon）发送私信，内容仅写：“I have read the rules.”
我们将通过私信向你发送 Discord 邀请链接，后续所有支持将在 Discord 内进行。

⚠️ Antes de comenzar

Después de vincular tu cuenta, recibirás una invitación automática al servidor de Discord Eyeball. Para completar el proceso, debes presionar el botón Join (Unirse) en tu plataforma de apoyo (Ko-fi / FANBOX / Patreon). Sin hacerlo, no podrás entrar al servidor.

🔧 Problemas comunes y soluciones

1. Pago fallido o vencido

Revisa tu historial de pagos. Si un pago ha fallado, inténtalo de nuevo. Tu rol se otorgará automáticamente una vez confirmado el pago.

2. Bloqueador de ventanas emergentes

Desactiva temporalmente cualquier bloqueador de anuncios o extensión del navegador durante el proceso de vinculación.

3. Intentar volver a autenticarse

En la configuración de Discord de tu plataforma, desconecta y vuelve a conectar tu cuenta. También cierra sesión en Discord, limpia el caché y las cookies, y vuelve a intentarlo.

4. Pago como invitado (solo Ko-fi)

Si pagaste como invitado sin iniciar sesión en Ko-fi, no es posible vincular Discord. Crea una cuenta en Ko-fi, vincula el pago de invitado a esa cuenta e inténtalo de nuevo.

5. Límite de servidores de Discord alcanzado (100 servidores)

El plan gratuito de Discord tiene un límite de 100 servidores. Si has alcanzado este límite, abandona algún servidor o actualiza a Discord Nitro.

6. Cancelación antes de completar la vinculación

Si cancelaste antes de completar la vinculación, tu cuenta puede estar marcada como inactiva en la plataforma. Si se puede confirmar el pago, el rol se otorgará manualmente. Por favor, envía un mensaje directo desde tu plataforma de apoyo.

7. Aún sin resolver

Envía el mensaje “I have read the rules.” por mensaje directo desde tu plataforma de apoyo (Ko-fi, FANBOX o Patreon). Te enviaremos una invitación a Discord directamente, y todo el soporte adicional se gestionará dentro de Discord.
